Does anybody remember who wrote and in what SOA transactions the paper called "Macro Economic Pricing theory" was in?

Shane Chalke wrote about macro pricing, I believe. I don't know whether his work is what you're after.

Shane Chalke has a number of articles written. This is in an index from 1989-1991.
