study note missing?

The study note package I got from the SOA seems to be missing the following study note:

V-C129-07

Chapters 11 and 12 from Managing Investment Portfolios.


According to the syllabus, there are many study notes to be mailed out in the second mailing, but this one should be in the first..but its not in mine.

Anyone else in the same boat?
