Part-Time Job

Hi,

I am looking for a part-time job in NY(in P&C).Will be an ACAS in June and have worked full -time for P&C consulting firms since the last several years. The present employer sucks so am looking for a change.

I know there aren't very many places that offer part-time jobs so I am asking for your help. Please let me know of any places that are open to part-timers. Please feel free to PM me if you feel uncomfortable about divulging names on the forum.

You can try Ernst & Young. Don't know if they'll give you a PT position but it was rated one of the top companies for working mothers so it's worth a try.

try any of the consulting firms in the area, as well as the big 4. they may need contract work, or be able to take on PT.

is visa status not an issue (I hope)?

there is a processing fee involved in the transfer of my visa-I can pick up the tab for it .

Any idea about any reinsurers who might be are open to hiring part-time people?
