CAS Exam 5 Invalid Question

Can someone shed some light on the NCCI paper by Moncher? It states in the syllabus that exam questions won't be taken from the history section. Does this mean we're not responsible for the "History of Calls" section, or does it mean we don't have to memorize the dates?

Last year question 41 was invalid. Does anyone know why?

Question 41 - It looks like part A is a "history" question. Not sure why part B was declared invalid?

The All10 just says that it was declared invalid.
