A very tough question! I guess I would take the good boss, but I would definitely be looking out for a job with at least 2 out of 3.
Maybe you could add workspace as a fourth option and let people pick two of four.

I could deal with lousy co-workers IF the work and boss were great. Horrible work would drive me nuts shortly. However, having had a couple of recent situations with great work and lousy bosses, I know that I can overlook mediocrity in a boss, but that in the mid-term a lousy boss makes the job unbearable. (Unless he/she is lousy but stays out of your way and you "really" work for someone else.)

For me, the boss is the most important factor. Next comes the work and then co-workers. Honestly, I don't see how you can get a good boss and lousy work. The former usually makes the latter enjoyable, JMHO.

I would work for a place where the boss was great. The work that generally follows is also great. If coworkers suck then that makes it a whole heck of a lot easier for you to shine (you don't really have to work that hard to look better than your sucky co-workers).

VV,
Coworkers could suck as far as dealing with them or as human beings. They could be jerks and still do good work. Working with coworkers who suck does not imply that it will be easy for you to shine because they do crappy work.
The last two jobs I had I left because I couldn't stand the work, but I liked the people. It all depends on what your tolerance level is on different aspects of your work.

How would the boss, or the work, or the coworkers suck? Any specifics?
