Am I the only laughing at this guy's comments on page 18 about how if France had used game theory, WWII wouldn't have ensued. Yeah, I'm sure the powerhouse nation of France who has a winning percentage of around 1% of the wars they've ever been is would have deterred Germany if they told them that if Germany remilitarizes we'll fight. C'mon.

I hope in Chapter 2, Rasmusen uses Rocky 4 as a reference of how Balboa stopped the cold war with his monologue at the end of the movie.

The entire book is on his website for free Sparky, I doubt he is hanging on to the even solutions as his meal ticket.

The odd solutions are on his website, as I mentioned. He states on his website that he will give the even solutions to self studiers and professors (in other words, not students in classes where the problems would be assigned).

I never heard from him. Maybe he doesn't check his school email during the summer. I think I might suggest to the SOA that they try to obtain the even solutions from Dr. Rasmusen and include them (along with the odd solutions) in the study note package next time.
