Has anyone heard if it is still on track to be released sometime this month?

This is something I'm watching for my later modules that need to be released (ie if they are still on schedule with the other modules). I would expect it near the end of the month from what I've heard.

"08/21/2007

The SOA e-Learning website will be unavailable on August 31st from 3:00am CDT to 10:00am CDT in preparation of the release of the Financial Reporting/Operational Risk module."

I haven't signed up yet, but the readings are available under the resources tab.

OMG!~!~! There are a lot of materials!!........Even though the topics seem interesting, I don't think I can finish in the SOA-suggested-50hrs time frame.............I still doubt whether I can finish all in 100 hours.......

It is an incredible amount of reading. At least it's exciting stuff, like accounting standards :)

Actually, I'm about 40 percent of the way through the thing and the only bits from those two texts so far has been 2 pages from the GAAP textbook. Mostly accounting standards and other online guidance.

You can go into the Resources tab to see what chapters are needed and also print out all the PDFs.
