Prior to August 2007, a few people complained that the La Quinta was a little shabby. During August 2007, an $8,000,000 renovation was conducted (September for our meeting room)—new paint, carpets, mattresses, and linens, with microwaves, mini-fridges, and crown molding added to each room. It's not the Ritz-Carlton, but it's presentable.
