I answered with the top category and would go even one category higher if possible. This opinion despite feeling that I was extremely well prepared.

Yes -- please wait until tomorrow to discuss specifics -- I don't think anyone west of Honululu would be taking it -- but you never know.

I think much west of Honolulu writes before everyone else. David from Malaysia indicated he was finished writing 6 before anyone in North America had even had breakfast.
