This might be a really silly question, but in Learning Outcome 12.b) 12.f) 12.g) refers to the Guides to Professional Conduct. What is this Guide? Is it a required reading? I'm not sure where this is in the Syllabus Resources.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

It's the SOA Code of Professional Conduct. It should be available on the SOA site somewhere I believe. It says, among other things, that actuaries will follow applicable Standards of Practice, act only in courtesy and cooperation with each other, have sufficient controls and reviews of their work products, etc.

Thanks. I sort of figured it was but am confused then as to why it isn't in the course syllabus, unless I totally missed it.
