Hello PDers -
I received a note from PD Comments asking for information regarding the date(s), audience member(s) and feedback from my presentation of the research project. I did not collect any written feedback and will thus seek out comments from my audience.
I would like to give my audience a guideline for the types of comments that the graders would find meaningful. I asked PD Comments for a copy of the excerpt from an approved plan that had been posted on the website, but am told it is no longer available.
Did anyone happen to download it and still has it available to send along to me? Failing that, what kind of commentary should I seek from my audience?
TIA!

It's kind of surprising to me that you were asked that. I don't recall having to document when I presented results, to whom and what the feedback was. You just had to veryify (as did your advisor) by signing the checklist, that you had presented it to an audience other than your advisor.
Perhaps the results of your research are controversial, and the person grading your P.D. was skeptical of the research and skeptical that you had it reviewed. In any case, I am guessing that the questions you got asked by the PD grader were more just checking to be sure you really did present the research to someone other than your advisor, and I think a narrative answer would suffice. "I presented my research to ____ on ____. Several people in the audience had questions about xxx, and thus the question-answer portion of my sessions focussed on xxxx. After I explained in more detail the process for yyyy, the audience understood and agreed with the approach I took to zzzz, and I received several appreciative comments about the usefulness of my project to the company."

botswana and SANDS, thank you for your help and advice. I certainly wasn't expecting an email from PDC today - what a way to get going in the morning!
