Risk Management, Chapt 7

Needless to say, Mr. Crouhy had a real writing-diarrhea while he worked on this chapter, it's extremely long!

My question here is, do we need to know/memorize all the definitions of key ratios (appendix 1), key financial analysis measures (appendix 2)?

Also, should we read Appendix 3A and 3B of the chapter?

JAM study manual ignored Appendix 3 totally...Any feedback on this particular chapter? Thanks!

I'm going to know what the key rations mean, but not necessarily memorize the wording from the appendix. Some of them are, I think, kind of self-explanatory based on their names...

I've heard of the contents of appendices and footnotes being on an exam, so I'm not taking chances. :)
