In the syllabus for this book (Baer and Rendall) it says we are responsible for:
Glenn v. Scottish Union and National Insurance Company Ltd. (Chapter 1) .. etc..
I couldn't find this in chapter 1 .. but located in Chapter 2 on p.81 with Glenn spelt Glynn just in case you were looking for it at the end of Chapter 1 like I was!
