Syllabus says we only need to know sections 5 and 6 from this chapter - CSM Study Guide includes 'Resolving Disputes' and 'Liability Insurance Claims' - is this right???
If you count the headings properly in the chapter it looks like section 5 is 'The Duty of Good Faith' and section 6 is 'Resolving Disputes'. What do others think?
