How much detail do you think they were looking for in this question?

it was a two part question and i dont remember the total marks for it..but the first were the steps from the notice of wind-up to the members all the way to closing the registration of the plan after disbursement..in between i briefly mentioned issues that could arise..namely surplus ownership, funding the deficit, if any..and so on.
