Setting a good example

For the FAP modules, I have heard that some of the Model Reports are not as professional looking as they might be. Have we had any of them reviewed by non-actuarial communications professionals?

This is a good suggestion. I remember reading a few of the model solutions and thinking to myself, "man, there's no way this would fly as a deliverable at my office."
