I received a copy of the PBA in the mail today from the SOA. This was after I read the 75 pages from the study note. It appears though that the Study Note is more up to date (January 1, 2008 as oppose to July 25, 2007). I really don't want to go back and read this whole thing again until I start reviewing. Anybody know what the key changes are between these two dates?

I think one is a statute and the other is a regulation... not sure what the differences are but I think the documents may serve different purposes...
