Question about this learning objective. The two syllaubs resources do not really cover anything other than Taft-Hartley
Multi-employer plans that are non-negotiated and don't have a Union element are barely mentioned in one of the notes.
Also,
Group credit
Trade Associations
Professional Associations
and Discretionary Groups aren't mentioned at all
I know some of the information is covered under Chapter 24 of Group Insurance.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
This was a topic that was covered on the November 2006 Fall Exam. So I definitely think it could be a question.
