Can you file the 2 PD plans at the SAME time ?

Yes, if you only need 15 (or fewer) credits, since that's the maximum number you can complete before your Initial Plan is approved. If you're using all SOA-approved credits and following a Model Plan, filing them together is probably a pretty safe bet.

I filed mine together and all 15 of my credits were non-approved and I didn't follow a model plan. I was approved.

4.5 weeks. They "lost" the FedEx and one of two e-mails I sent them, so that was part of the delay. Good thing I called!
