Faculty and Club members of Satsu,
We meet again at 6:00pm in VH1208 today (Tuesday)
Tomorrow the Activities Team will run us through what's going on at the career-fair and how you might seek actuarial opportunities there.
The web team and I have been doing a lot to try and get some content up on our site. I finally got round to posting a final list of who's in what team (I originally posted it on our facebook group last week). You will find the list at the following link:

Please take advantage of the fact that we've listed the emails of the people in your team so you can contact them. Each week each team will inform the club about the progress they are making toward achieving their goal. So try to make sure that at least one member of your team is represented at each meeting
Lastly, I'd like to remind everyone that The ActuarialOutpost website is extremely valuable. Many actuaries I've met so far, use it both as a study reference and a place to learn more about the profession and share their views. Truman have a private forum on ActuarialOutpost which you are all free to use. You can access it at:

At 6:30pm we will continue with our study session with Dr. Jason Shaw again. We will attempt questions exam-type questions. As the November exam is drawing closer we will be picking up our pace.
The session should be done by 7:45pm. Come if you have any questions about Exam-FM/Math330, or if you just want to sit and work until you get stuck and ask a question. Or if you want to study with classmates that’s fine too! Feel free to join and leave the session as you please.
