Hi,
In this problem, in part a you calculate base exposures for each class and then you use the base exposures to calculate the first iteration classification relativities. Then in part B, you are asked to calculate the first iteration TERRITORY base exposures. The given solution, in Ken Fike's solution, uses the newly calculated class relativities to calculate the territory base exposures. Why not use the current class relativities instead of the indicated relativities? Thanks.
