Is it possible to pass one of the upper level exams (5-9) by relying ONLY on the all10 study guide (and not reading the actual articles)?

Possible? I guess. Likely? Remotely. As in Pluto.

I passed 5 second try AFTER I got the All10 manual. Then I passed 6&7 first try using All10 only. I'd call myself a satisfied customer!

I used All 10 ONLY for Part 5. I did however consult a couple other sources or study manuals when the All 10 wasn't clear. I got a hold of the NEAS Study notes and followed their schedule.

Using All10 only? Is anybody else buying this you-know-what? You've got to be kidding me! Well, I guess I'm glad I have mine for 9...

Is there supposed to be some sort of motivation for making this up?

No. I'm just jealous. :P

I have a LOT of work experience in these topics (more years than I want to admit) so it may be due as much to that as the manuals.

Why does it surprise anyone that someone could pass the exam using only study guides? Take the Exam 6 syllabus, for example. It consists of a hodgepodge of papers from 40 different authors over a 30 year span. The authors do not know what the candidate has read. Even within some papers there are discontinuous pages. The papers have an insufficient number of examples to grasp the concepts. What would surprise me is if someone passed the exam without looking at any sources other than the syllabus.
