I don't get the first one. The second one is "i over eight". Is that supposed to be funny?

Gotta go with the one that appeals to 15 year olds.

I understand how -1/64=i/8="I over ate" I just don't see any set up to overeating? Whereas -69=8.xxx*i=i*8.xxxx = "I ate something" works. Since the setup to eating something is the number 69. Am I missing the similar setup in the other joke, or does it just not exist?
