I notice in Weishaus' study guide that some problems require knowledge of Asian geometric/arthimetic puts/calls, barrier options etc in certain sections like Simulation, for example.
Is it fair for them to assume that we all took MFE and know that stuff?
The syllabus does state "lognormal stock pricing." Does that include these different types of options?
Thanks in advance for your help!
