On page 353, in the paragraph starting with E[X|Y], the second sentence says "We compute the variance of the original distribution in the usual way, by subtracting the square of the mean from the variance."
Shouldn't this be "...substracting the square of the mean from the second moment"?
Shouldn't this be "...substracting the square of the mean from the second moment"?
