PD: CD-rom write up HEEEELP

I just went through the entire thing and I typed about 20 pages of notes. Now what am I supposed to do as far as the write up for the executed plan?? I have no clue..For those of you who did it, how many pages did you write and under what format?? Sincerly, I just don't know how to go about that. Any help would be appreciated. JO - I think you're avoiding this! Come on! This is the easy part!

My report on the CD-Rom was about 5 pages, I think. I don't really remember. I tried not to summarize too much, but pointed out what was interesting and what I hadn't learned from exams. For instance, I didn't really talk about ROE calculations since that is on the exams, but I mentioned that I thought it was interesting to see the complete cycle of product development - from idea, to design, to launch, etc. I liked learning all of the different considerations in product development - not just profitablity. Stuff that exams didn't cover. Just ramble about it. I just talked about each section in order - since you already have notes, this should be a breeze. Quit bwaa-ing and get it done! You'll be so happy when it's all over!! :toast:

Hey thanks chica, I appreciate. You're right this stuff makes me want to vomit and I'm avoiding it lol This PD thing has been so hard, it's as if my exam switch automatically shut off as soon as I passed part 8. You're right I'll give a last push and then I can finally send that thing in, the rest of my PD is done.

BTW, would anyone know when would be the limit to submit my executed plan to make it to the November FAC??

FAC cut off date is 6 weeks prior to the FAC. Give them 4 weeks to approve your plan. That means 10 weeks prior to FAC is your goal.

That is cutting it a little close, but as long as the plan is on time, they will sometimes hold open slots for FAC after the deadline is officially past.

I did the pricing CD ROM. I just outlined the things that seemed interesting & were new information to me. And I noted that it helped me with my job.

I second chica -- c'mon and get it done. I just got back from the FAC, and believe you me -- it is SO worth it. You'll have a blast -- as soon as you finish this and send it in. Good luck!
