What's the difference between a Cash CDO and a CBO or CLO? Are CLOs and CBOs subsets of CDOs (CDOs that just have loans and bonds, respectively)?

I think that is correct. Also a CDO may be composed of CLOs and CBOs

Yes, that is correct. CBOs and CLOs are more specific versions of CDOs.
