For the MSA Ratio, Liabilities as a % of Liquid Assets...
Does Liquid Assets= Total invested assets?
What do guys think is included in liquid assets?

Cash & Bonds are the two that come to mind.
For equity I don't think common shares are. Unsure about preferred shares, since I know some can be redeemed for cash quickly while others can't.

Based on the MSA and P&C1 of the company I work for
Liquid Assets are:

I think total liquid assets = Cash + Total investment + Instalment premiums - Real estate i.e 20.10, line 01 + line 19 + line 22 - line 09

Hm... I can see the deduction of Real Estate (that was zero in our P&C1). But receivables from Agents and Instalment premiums was not zero, so I think you need to add both of those. Now I am not sure about receivables from Policyholders, since that is zero for us.
This is what I am going with:
Liquid Assets = page 20.10, lines 1 through 22, less line 09
