Not very active! Seems really straightforward and easy though, so perhaps it's justified. I spend an hour and a half today to read it and got through table 4. And written seems straight and easy. Any tricks I'm missing?

I am trying to write the paper, but now I noticed that GMRD wants to charge $1,200 to each person, but the value of the supplemental benefits is around $500.
Is this something we should talk about? I figure we should deliver results based on their instruction ($1,200 minimum premium) , but mention how Medicare Eligible (post 65) may drop coverage as they are subsidizing the other benefits.

I am a little bit confused about the first task asking the benefits and costs of Medicare...
What are the costs of Medicare? Do they mean the contributions (whether Part A or PartB+D) that employer has to pay? Or purely the differences between preferred plan and Medicare?
If this memorandum is deemed to be 4 to 6 pages but with 5 large tables, what did you guys put in? The tables is about 4 pages....

Can always utilize appendix.

The instruction say $1,200. In reality I would go back and ask if they want to use the Medicare premium towards that $1,200, but for the exercise, it does say $1,200. Good point though.
