I see they also pushed next year's President's Cup to 2003.
I wonder if they'll get it back to the old schedule, or just move Ryder to even years?

Looks as if they're trying to switch each event to the other's alternate years.

It was the best way to go, although I'd push the scoring that chooses players back a year as well. There may be some players who play well enough next year to drop the current teams' players out.

That is a tough call. There are so many players who pushed for that spot this year. Originally I felt keeping it the same rooster was the best way.

But, since they are doing a total shift of the events, there will be some year where the players get shafted.

I would like to see an expanded rooster for next year to get those few players in that qualified for only one of the two years.
