Congratulations, Traci! Somehow I managed to fail this one but November is almost here for another try.

I hope some more of you posters passed because it looks like it might be a low pass rate again this time. (like EA-2B last May)

Congrats T-gal!

Now (while you're still in a good mood), can I get my threads?

It looks like a somewhat higher pass rate than EA2-B, somewhere in the mid 30%'s. Alas, my number was not among them. I was just too slow on this exam, having never gotten to a bunch of problems near the end. Oh well, on to 2B.

I actually thought the exam was too long. I pretty much worked the entire time and didn't really come close to finishing. I held out hope that what I did finish was right and that I guessed right on a few and would still pass. I guess I have to work on my speed if the one next Nov is going to be as long.

Bump -- oh wait, this is the passing list from last year, sorry. :D

I enjoyed reliving my joy!

But not a nice thing to do to those who are waiting!

I got to relive my grief. Then in June they told me that I passed because the answer key was changed for one problem. Don't give up no matter what they tell you in January!

sb_jim, thanks for giving those that fail some pathetic piece of hope to hang on to.

what question did they change the answer key for?

I believe question 24, the shortfall loss problem, had two acceptable answers. Originally, they counted E as the correct answer. After a few months of Dave Farber telling the exam committee that A was the correct answer, they decided to also accept A as correct. Subsequently, about 6 additional people passed. A coworker of mine was one of the additional people, as well as, the person in this thread.

For the record:

1. Rick G. also had a hand in the Joint Board bugging process.
2. Answer "B" is the correct answer to that question, not "A".
3. 10 additional people passed as a result of the change.
