Hi

For those candidates who have enrolled in this program, how long did it take for the tapes to arrive upon order? Mine hasn't arrived yet after more than 1 1/2 months of waiting. I tried e-mailing but there is no response.

The guy who works for me did tapes for his PD. I can't remember how long it took to arrive - but I remember he was complaining as well.

Did you try emailing or writing to complain?

I can't remember the exact length of time, but it was ridiculous. I had to
order tapes both through the SOA and a few via AVEN directly, and I
got the AVEN ones fairly quickly. I complained to the SOA, and they gave me some excuse about how the plastic "binder" that they ship the tapes in wasn't ready at that time.

I'd call them and see what's up.

Yeah, I only received one e-mail response in August despite my countless e-mails. I ordered directly from Aven. They told me it takes 3 days to ship. Well it's going to be October and I'm still waiting.

Aven is the one that's taking forever? That's totally different then my experience then. Call them, the guy I talked to out there was very friendly and helpful when I had questions....
