Could I have some suggestions from previous course #3 takers as to what order to tackle the material in?

Thanks,

My suggestion:

1) Actex
2) Batten's guide

The above order is important. Batten is too difficult to attack without some previous understanding. You could add Mahler anywhere in the above list. Some suggest reading HTP after Actex.

There's the thread:
Course 3- Please give me your suggestions on how to study
(or something like that). M's suggestion is what I did.

HTP then ACtex. if got time can go through some Mahler.

david's suggestion to read HTP before other materials is not going to work for a lot of people. He doesn't explain the material well at all. His book, though pretty good, is designed to help you learn tricks and solidify concepts after you've already learned the basics.

Batten for Life Con (go to his seminar) and use Mahler's Notes for the rest.
