Just wondering how the first one went. Was it worth while?

Anonymous,
Since you're the only one to reply, would you care to elaborate? I'm attending the Sharp seminar in a couple of weeks and want to know what to expect. Do I need to take all my books, etc?

Considering we were in Manhattan on Sept. 11, I'd say it was a very eventful seminar. We broke for the morning of the 11th, but since most of us were stuck in NY anyway, we continued class that afternoon and then for the rest of the week. I hope all my fellow classmates, especially those not from NY, got home safely.
As to what to bring, Keith provides you with a big binder full of powerpoint slides and practice problems. You don't need any of your books or study notes for the class, but if you are staying overnight in a hotel, you might want to bring something to study.
Considering it is the only Course 8I seminar available, I think it was worth it. (Especially if I pass!)

Thank you, Bonnie!
I had forgotten that the seminar was in Manhatten. That had to be very scary and make it very hard to concentrate on studying for an exam. Again, thanks and I too hope everyone made it home safely!
