Dear Residents:

It has come to our attention that service request are not being received through our online request.

If you do have a service request, please e-mail them to ourapartment@landlord.com till further notice.

Sorry for the incontinence.

Thank you,

Our Apartment

Other than the obvious changes to maintain anonymity, what's wrong with this email I got from my landlord?

Well, I think it's only fair to apologize for the incontinence, but that's just my opinion.

I agree, the typo is inexcusable. Otherwise looks like a problem with website vs. email account.

Do we actually want a breakdown of the at least 4 errors, or have we already flushed out the main problem?

Yeah, I haven't sent anything into them, but this just jumped out at me. I had to double take, then I couldn't stop laughing for a few minutes.

You missed that StE leaked out a pun early on, with his "that would really piss me off" comment. Some might think yer in a fog if you missed that one.

I guess it Depends on who you ask, but I'm tired of the steady stream of pee-related puns in this thread.

Didja read my [admittedly very corny] post... Is "Yur in" really any different than "Yer in"

I was first offended by the "service request are" instead of "service requests are" subject/verb agreement issue.

The property managers are not the smartest people I've met...but they sure can be bitchy.
