Listening to Rome this morning, and Hines Ward was wondering aloud about whether the number of two-a-days made the team better. "Did Super Bowl winners have more two-a-days?", etc.
Trying to find something, but not getting anything solid. Anyone here know of any studies, anecdotal or otherwise?

Not sure if anyone has ever collected that data. No, I'm not volunteering.

There's a maxmimum number of practices in training camp, right? It wouldn't surprise me if there was a maximum number of two-a-days.

Varying the # of 2-a-day practices has had absolutely no impact on the Eagles Super Bowl success, which has been a constant no matter what the practice policy was at the time.

Home playoff appearances are worth something, to the owner.
