That was the headline of the ad, and I kept reading - only to find it was for cat food. Then I started wondering whether the headline does a good job of selecting its true target audience.

I thought it was going to be an ad for Rhode Island.

High end Surf and Turf?
Close. The product is called "Friskies® Surfin' & Turfin' Favorites™." It appears to offer beef, chicken and fish flavors.

Oh, and I don't know how to add the TM and circle R stuff to the name.
Thanks, ShakeNBakes

(And I knew about char map but that was too much like work.)

Maybe this is for the "what will they think of next?" thread. Maybe it's "cat's who can read English and make purchasing decisions."

Wouldn't have appealed to me. I'd have assumed it was a travel ad.

When buying cat food, I tend to respond to those that tout the health and nutrition of the food. How would I know if they'll like the taste? I have to try it to see about that.

™ = hold Alt, type 0153 (have to use the num pad), let go of Alt
® = same deal, Alt+0174
© = Alt+0169

Start -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Character Map will show you any others you need.

So it wouldn't have appealed to me either. Had I seen it.

When buying cat food, I defer to my wife the Vet Tech's judgment about what is a good quality cat food and don't change it very often.

Every so often they get a can of "junk food" like Friskies for a treat.

after which, sales of "My Butt" and "What's In The Other Can" will skyrocket
