We have a short and fun survey to help us set the stage for a presentation on Risk Culture Starts With Leadership at the ERM Symposium. The primary goal is to get you and audience participants to think and ask questions about what constitutes a strong risk culture and makes a great risk management leader.
It has 4 lists. The first asks you to choose 5 traits to select a Chief Risk Officer. The second asks you to choose 3 from a list of military leaders you would hire as CRO (ie are worthy of emulating if your ambition is to become CRO). The third and fourth lists are statesmen and business leaders.
