For three examples shown, column 10 shows the credibility weighted indicated relativity at base class. For exam 1991 question 41 and exam 1994 question 42, both asked for territory relativities using an approach that's a bit different than how Modlin presented in appx E. My question is, are the two questions asking for same thing as column 10 in app E? Does column 13 have anything to do with getting the answer here? I tried to follow Modlin's method on app E to get to the right answer, I got question 41 (exam 1991) but not question 42 (exam 1994). Can someone let me know what you think I did wrong here? Thanks
