View Full Version : TIA suggested Practice Exams for 5A

I'm going through some of the old threads. It looks like last year there was 1 practice exam. This year there is 6 practice exams for exam 5a. I'm running short on time, and want to focus on a couple of items and probably will only be able to get in 2 practice exams.

For the people that have been through them, any suggestions?

At this point, you ask 10 people you'll get 12 responses. My thinking is to just go over as many problems as possible, timed or not. If you haven't covered everything, it's probably not as worth it to practice time pressure as it is learning as much of what you don't know as possible. That is...

1. Find a problem.
2. Do problem.
3. Learn from mistakes.
4. Repeat until no mistakes.

Aren't they all based on old exams? I would recommend doing the ones based on the most recent exams first, then work backwards. Oh, and I'd do any original Ken problems first, since they are generally more difficult than the real thing.

So if you're short on time, Ken Original Problems -> Most Recent Exam Problems -> Older Exam Problems
