If I have the final correct answer, but my steps are not clearly labeled or easy to follow, do I still get full marks?

I forget the breakdown but they have a certain formula for each answer they grade

based on correct answer, starting formula and logical steps

To add to this question:

Say I make a triangle and I write as the title of it, "Avg Case Sev = (Rpt- Pd) / Open CC". Would I be okay leaving it at that? Or should I still draw an arrow to one of the cells in my triangle and actually show an example of the calculation?

go look for the old exam 6 grading rubrik. it shows exactly what they are looking for, what they count off and exceptions. formulas in general are good. otherwise if you make a mistake on the calculator, you may get no points whereas you'd get some or most if you show formulas.
