I now know I got less than 75% credit on this sucker. Wondering what correct solution was. As far as I remember, I did the following. Made a triangle of cumulative closed claim counts WITH payment, calculated vol-wgtd age to age factors, used them to get projected claim count of 860 for 2010, multiplied by 3450 to get answer of about 3 million. Anyone else remember what they did?

Well, I can't remember exactly what I showed, but I think I usually show too much work (meaning, wasting time!) rather than too little. Good suggestion though, that could be it.
