However, we do get a large raise when we get the ACAS, bigger than any exam. So, in a way, when we pass the professionalism course and these 2 online courses, we get quite a large raise in addition to those we have already received for passing all the exams. Do you guys who get raises and bonuses for these also get a large raise or bonus when you get ACAS?

we usually don't. I'm sure there's some time/raise in the books, but I doubt anyone gets it.

We get a raise of 1000 for each online exam passed. We get 2,500 raise upon becoming an ACAS. Not a big raise...
