DMAC registration

Does anyone know where the registration form for DMAC is on SOA website? It doesn't appear to be on the DMAC page, and it's not on the list of courses/modules for online registration.

If you're an ASA, then send an e-mail to elearn@soa.org and they'll send you a link. They sent it to me today because the one I got last year in the e-mail they sent after I got my ASA wasn't valid any longer.

That must be what happened to me - the link provided back in 2008 takes me to my transcript page.
