I like most part of it except for the breakfast, and I was surprised how exhausting the whole thing was...so glad it's over

another thing: too many Canadian-based and/or pension consulting actuaries, not as useful for networking as the ones held in the US, especially for non-pension folks.
I thought it was great. The food (though a bit fancy at times) was excellent and I liked that the meals were buffet. The SOA and hotel staff did a great job of organizing. Everything ran very smoothly from what I saw. Most of all, I really like how well the SOA has set up the FAC to be an "event". I was worried that finishing would be anti-climactic, but they did a really good job of making the end exciting and meaningful. I met lots of great people (from Canada, the US and elsewhere) and will remember this experience.

Agreed. All the facilitators were very friendly and made the process fun
