Having trouble opening exhibits/takeaways

Hi

I'm having trouble opening the exhibits and takeaways and/or bolded/red words.
If I use IE, I can open the exhibits and takeaways but the bolded/red words don't work.
If I use chrome, the bolded/red words will pop up a description, but won't open any new window for exhibits nor takeaways.

For both browsers, I set the pop up blocker off, and 'allow'ed everything possible.

Can anyone help me with this?

Yes, there's some compatibility issues. I had the same problem using Chrome. Doesn't work on Safari either. Firefox is the only browser that works for me.
