We actually chopped when it got down to 2 players. So I got $1,458. I jokingly asked him to chop. To my surprise he said yes. At the time he had 200k and I only had 100k. The limits were 8000/16000. Guess he didn't want to gamble.

Congratulations, Bama. I lurk here mostly. I play on PartyPoker, but last night, on a whim, I logged on to PokerStars just to see if I could catch you playing. I got there just in time to see the final six. Your 77 vs. AJ with the J7x flop was killer.

I was wondering... would anyone playing in a big tournament be interested in allowing RF'ers to watch them play via some sort of remote view (e.g. Windows Messenger on Windows XP). I just think that would be totally awesome. Of course, you could just type your cards in a chat, but the remote view would be cool. I know this would take a lot of trust for someone to allow this, so I wouldn't blame anyone for not wanting to do it, but just thought I'd ask. If someone is willing to do this, does anyone know if you can have multiple remote viewers with Windows Messenger? I've never used it before.

I'm not so sure. Last night I played in the $5+0.50, and when I was done (no, not in the money), PokerStars told me I'd earned my deposit bonus.

So I think tournament play can count for something. I haven't played a ring game in PS for a couple weeks.
