I believe many large firms provide that information quite readily. A good rule of thumb is approximately $1,500 for the first few and then $2,000 for the next few. Some companies offer bonuses/raises for attaining milestones (i.e., Associateship or Fellowship).

Quite a few companies also give a first-time passer's bonus of $1000 or so.
