Anyonw know what the exact rules are for when you can raise, or have a good site to find them?
Its not really the strategy that is the issue, just trying to program the rules.
An example is if i raise to 2, guy next to me raises all in to 2.2 if the remaining players call i can't reraise, i can only call.

a complete raise can be rearaised, equal to the original raise, if all in is incomplete another player can complete it and then you can reraise, if they just call you cant reraise yourself

IIRC, in order to complete the raise, he must have raised by at least 50%. Otherwise you can just call.
Example:
A bets 400
B calls 400
C raises all-in 500.
A can only call the extra 100 (not raise)
Example:
A bets 400
B calls 400
C raises all-in to 600
A can raise whatever

I thought it was a glitch, but one hand at PP, I was the BB, and there was a partial raise all in before me and I lost my ability to raise. No button showed up. Isn't that just wrong?
