I had a question regarding:
Three criteria to a good/desirable exposure base.
I'm using TIA and on different questions they seem to change the answer, I was hoping one of you could clarify when to answer what. The answer seems to be either:
Practical
Directly Proportional with Loss
Historical Precedence
or
Practical
Verifiable
Directly Proportional with Loss
Is there some context I'm missing when Historical Precedence is not listed? I assumed verifiable would always just be implied by the practical criteria. Thanks again for anyones help.
