I had a question regarding:

Three criteria to a good/desirable exposure base.

I'm using TIA and on different questions they seem to change the answer, I was hoping one of you could clarify when to answer what. The answer seems to be either:

Practical
Directly Proportional with Loss
Historical Precedence

or

Practical
Verifiable
Directly Proportional with Loss

Is there some context I'm missing when Historical Precedence is not listed? I assumed verifiable would always just be implied by the practical criteria. Thanks again for anyones help.

I believe your first group come from the W-M text and the second group are from the CAS Principles. I would expect problems to specify according to which text, or if not, accept all of the qualitites you listed as valid answers.

With the new direction the CAS is taking wrt Exam questions, they won't ask for you to answer based on one particular source.

But the question will be more like "State and fully describe three desirable qualities for an exposure base to use for developing a rate" that would be worth something like 1.5 points. Here, CAS Principles won't be of much direct use to help you address "fully describe".
